REGISTRATION

Registration cancellations received via email at the IASLC WCLC 2021 Conference Secretariat’s address on or before August 20, 2021 (23:59 PST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 50.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 20, 2021 (23:59 PST) will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration information via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate’s information. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

Donations to the International Lung Cancer Foundation are non-refundable.

If you have a group of 10 or more individuals, you may qualify for group registration. Policies for group registration vary according to your type of entity:

• Institutions whose mission and function are to provide clinical or supportive services directly to patients or the public, or to educate health care professionals, may register employees, students, and others under group registration.
• Commercial entities, defined as those whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients, may register their employees.
